Blake met Ricardo, founder of Let Simon Decide®, in the summer of 2007.  Blake inspired Ricardo to deliver a cloud solution rather than a desktop solution, developed the initial algorithm, assisted with search engine optimization and helped define niche markets.  inQbation™ helped with the rest.

In an environment that is resistant to change, Blake Newman championed a massive redesign effort that transformed a dysfunctional government website into one that allows web visitors to quickly and easily find the information they seek.  Newman lead the gov 2.0 and new media efforts at ICE.

Blake and his partners recognized a very specialized need in the commercial lending space for an online loan origination software as a service (SaaS) that operates in a cloud computing environment. cLenderX helps commercial mortgage professionals evaluate commercial lending opportunities and their risk.
